Made as part of a companion programme to Pickle Party, participants made a vegetarian kimchi under the guidance of Pickling Facilitators Megan Hon and Joey Cheng, while learning about eco-scenography and the creation process of Pickle Party from Ang Xiao Ting (co-director) and Tanja Beer (set designer).
