李美美是一位资深剧场工作者者，拥有灯光设计背景，并在职业生涯中逐步转向制作管理，最终专注于技术统筹工作。在剧场领域深耕二十余年，自2007年起加入实践剧场，她担任过多个设计与制作职位，积累了丰富的实务经验。现任实践剧场技术总监，美美负责监督各项演出中的技术事务，亦致力于在幕后推动创作团队间的合作与沟通。她以细致务实的态度投入技术剧场工作，在每一场制作中都展现出对剧场各环节的深厚理解与专注。

Lee Bee Bee is a theatre practitioner with a background in lighting design who transitioned into production management before specialising in technical direction. With over two decades of experience, she has taken on various design and production roles since joining The Theatre Practice in 2007. Currently serving as the company’s Technical Director, Lee oversees the technical aspects of productions while fostering creative collaboration behind the scenes. She approaches technical theatre with thoughtfulness and hands-on precision, bringing deep expertise and dedication to every production.
