洪小婷（angxiaoting.com）是一名斜杠剧场工作者，身兼演员、导演、戏剧研创多职；同时，她也是实践剧场的实践艺术工作者与实堂的节目策划员。近期出演作品：实践剧场《老九》音乐剧（2026）、湘灵音乐社《君·心：南洋梦昭君》（2025）。

热衷于生态剧场的创作和实践，重视环境保护和可持续发展等具体措施的整合，并将东南亚饮食文化作为重要的切入点。相关作品《休息实间》获得“#CreateCOP27”的荣誉提名。在2023至2025年，小婷担任鼎艺团生态主题音乐会《声态不息》的舞台导演。近期导演作品：《鮽宴》（新加坡作家节）、导演笔记现场：《一切世界海》（新加坡国际艺术节）和《泡泡菜狂欢也！》(2025年滨海艺术中心“实验剧场”)。

小婷获得新加坡国家艺术理事会本科奖学金，毕业于英国兰卡斯特当代艺术学院（LICA），在校时获颁“LICA戏剧杰出成就奖”；她同时拥有伦敦大学金史密斯学院表演创作硕士学位，并以优异成绩毕业。她是澳洲 Culture for Climate Project（P+ERL）里国际顾问小组的成员之一。

Xiao Ting (angxiaoting.com) is a freelance theatre practitioner (actor, director, dramaturg). She is an Associate Artist with The Theatre Practice and Programmer for Practice Tuckshop. As an actor, she was last seen in Lao Jiu: The Musical (The Theatre Practice, 2026) and The Heart of Jun: Memoirs of Zhaojun (Siong Leng Musical Association, 2025).

Her practice in Eco-Theatre prioritises the various degrees of an integrated ecological practice, with a focus on Southeast Asian foodways, such as: Recess Time – which received an "Honourable Mention" at #CreateCOP27. Between 2023-2025, she was the staging director for three editions of Ding Yi Music Company's inaugural ecologically-themed concert series: ECOncert《声态不息》. Recent directing works include: Extinction Feast (Singapore Writer’s Festival), Performing the Director’s Notes: All The World’s A Sea (Singapore International Festival of Arts) and Pickle Party (Esplanade’s The Studios 2025).

Xiao Ting received the Singapore National Arts Council scholarship (undergraduate) and graduated from Lancaster Institute of Contemporary Arts (UK) where she received the LICA prize for Outstanding Achievement in Theatre. She holds an MA (Distinction) in Performance-Making from Goldsmiths, University of London. She is a member of the International Advisory Panel for the Culture for Climate Project (P+ERL, Australia).
